A very cool loft space in Oakland. Shared with a 31 year old male photographer, 24 year old female aerial artist and a cute little kitty cat. The room available is very large, almost 300 sq. feet! The rest of the house is cozy and functional, with a large kitchen and foyer (with space for bikes) , a living room space and a large studio that we use for a creative space. Currently the studio space is for photography and movement / aerial training…it is a versatile space. We are very much into creating a calm and creative living environment, that feels good and where we can be expressive. Good communication, tidiness and consideration for others are important to us. We are vegetarian and vegan, but we don't discriminate based on food preferences, we're comfortable living with meateaters.
