looking for livable private warehouse space in oakland

just as the title says.... need a more utilitarian space, perhaps a warehouse with an office area converted for living space. dont want anything fancy, just large, secure, and livable. preferably with decent warehouse space. not looking to share space or co/op in a larger facility/community, this is to be private space. anybody that has some advice or space available please let me know.
